The home buyer is the most important stakeholder. Their needs, which may include house specifications, inclusion of pets, proximity to schools, neighborhood layout, etc. must be taken into account before the viewing process begins in order to maximize efficiency.
We buy homes and offer quick turnaround for maximum profit. We approach development from several angles to ensure profitability from a range of ventures at a single time. We facilitate sales and purchases to engender wholesale commission. If a seller wants a quick turnaround, we will purchase their home right away with investors on the back end who will put up the money. To streamline the process, we have created an online portal for investors. We desire conscious investors who believe in our approach, and who would rather request an annual 14% return on their $200,000 investment than a 10% profit on their $100,000 investment.
